Title: Rear Disk with 15" Rally Wheels
Post by: Wolfe440 on July 11, 2023, 11:07:36 PM
With a 8 3/4 rear axle, is there a rear disk set up that allow clearance for Dodge factory 15" rally wheels?
I'm told the inside shape of the factory Rally wheel greatly limits clearance for a caliper.

Generally speaking, the wheel diameter needs to be 3" larger than the brake rotor to clear.
Therefore, a rear disc setup with a 12" or smaller rotor usually clears.
I have the Dr Diff Ford MUstang based 11.7" rear setup on mine and a 15" wheel clears. My fronts are 13" so they would not. Regardless...I have 18" wheels that clear fine.
