'68 Charger, rear quarter windows. I bought the car as a rolling disassembled shell. I see each rear quarter window has two holes at the bottom, and the holes are for attaching the glass to the track inside the car shell. It looks like a special fastener is used to attach the glass to the track, and I believe that rubber or nylon washers were also used on the fastener, to keep from cracking the glass.
What does the fastener look like, and where can I get them?

its a bolt ( two on side each ) with a big washer , think its rubber backed or a separate thin rubber gasket , & gasket on both sides of the glass !! i think :scratchchin:
i forget now been over ten years since i put mine back together , but there is also a rubber insert tube/pipe thingy that goes in the glass first , all it is ! is a 3/8" ish length of either radiator over flow hose or headlight vacuum hose or similar !! forget now , but you can make out the chrysler 3 rib desgine on the originals , then said bolt goes through that :yesnod:
As far as I know the bolts are not available thru any aftermarket vendor, so it's either find used originals or fab something.
They use special slightly cupped washers. One of my bolts snapped upon disassembly, so I cut the head off the bolt to save the washer & used a generic bolt for reassembly.
TT is right, they also use a rubber washer as well, and a piece of tubing (coolant overflow hose) to assemble.
