Just had my car dynoed i made 366hp to the rear wheels and 406 lbs of torque.
That's something to be proud of. I'd like to do mine someday even though it'll come in at a much lower figure than that.
Did you get a chance to do any tuning with it or just make the pull?
post the combo...

Not yet.
I hope to make it to the track soon.
my73, your up in the Brained, MN neck of the woods aren't you? I'm just curious.
Yep.
Last chance for a run at Brainerd is Saturday Oct 8.
make sure you let us know what she runs when you get to the track-any guess?
I am pretty confident she will be in the mid 12's. I will post the results.. :yesnod:
did you change the converter you used to be running? with that much torque and the tire and gear you are on you should be able to get that thing to 60 foot between 1.6-1.8
Yeah, I have a new 3000 - 3500 stall.

Nice numbers, 73! :yesnod:
"cepting my Holly Street Dom and an upcoming 4150HP, that sounds like my combo when I get it all together! ( I love the .509, old grind notwithstanding...sounds real purdy at idle! :D )
Cheers,

I grew up in Brainerd and still have family there. We are gonna have to get together sometime. I would like to run the General down the strip, but this year is out for sure now. I need to drop the tranny and put in a new front seal. Maybe next year I can get the '69 and the '71 up there for some runs down the strip.
good numbers

Let me know when you go, maybe I will make it. I usually go on a test and tune Friday.
Thanks RT
Duey, sounds very sturdy.
73, were you able to get any runs in before you put her to bed? ;)
Cheers,
Duey
Unfortunately I wasn't able to make any runs this year. The last chance I had, our family had an emergency so I had to cancel my plans. Now I have a long wait until I can make it to Brainerd. I will be planning on the first race weekend in May. :'( I guess I will have to continue modifications since I have nothing better to do though. :yesnod:
