I try to translate the story of the bed

This is a prototype of the bed, a typical building materials has been applied for the prototype of the world. The panels are machined from NC-robot first expanded polystyrene offset milling (Savo Vocational and Adult Education Muoviala-line). After milling in polystyrene foam core coated with two-component epoksipastalla, after which the runkoaihio machined to the correct dimensions. Structures are also used for plywood, and metal. Design and the design was to approach the bed design new perspective, that is, carstyling-touch. Planning process it was thought the target audience and nostalgia perspective. This is a kind of homage to the cult had gained a reputation as a racing car and its drive

The actual inspiration for the bed shaping the Model Year 1970 Plymouth Superbird race car. Cars are made in street traffic, but it became famous as Richard "The King" Petty won since the American NASCAR series championship.
The bed forms are not directly from that of the car, rather, they represent the designer's interpretation. Forms are meant to be sufficiently performing identification, but sufficiently generic to fit the bed heights.

Now that's pretty cool!  "Honey, please don't scratch the bed... I just waxed it"  hahaha  That designer might need to start making reproduction nose cones and wings.  Looks nice!
