I took out the door, took off both hinges, replaced the pins and put in the door.
After some fitting the door aligned perfecty but it doesn't close or you gotta whack it.
It opens very smooth with the inside handle but doesn't open from the outside. :flame:

Sounds like you may need to adjust the door striker bolt. I had the same problem on mine and that did the trick :)
