Title: Air in fuel line after chaging gas tank
Post by: fivejah on March 21, 2019, 02:51:50 PM
I just changed the gas tank in a 68 Charger 440. It is now backfiring through the carburetor under load.  Could this be caused by air in the fuel line or?

Did you have to do anything with the gas tank vent?  Tank needs to be vented.  Try opening the gas cap and see if the problem goes away.
