anyone knows when they are going to repop those? There were rumors about someone about to start making these

The complete panels I heard were gonna be made but I think it will take some time, I assume we will see cuda full panels first since they did the challenger first, then move into more B-body panels.

They intend to go from Challengers to 'Cudas, and then to '68-69 Roadrunners, and then finally to '68-69 Chargers.  That's the order of priority for fenders, quarters, hoods, and every other large piece of repro sheetmetal.

It's Goodmark's deal.  They're basically the only panel stamper with the resources to do the big factory-replacement outer skin stuff.

its gonna be years before they start doing B body stuff huh?
