I have an NOS inner wheel well Part # 2481-532. It also has a 23-34-27 below the part number. Any idea what it fits?

The hood has a Plymouth emblem on the front corner. The part number is 3611-642. I thought it might be a Duster hood but I'm not sure. I looks good and is in great shape. Thanks Rick

Wheel well is for '66 Chrysler right side 4 dr sedan,2&4 dr hardtop.
The other numbers are the section of the parts book.
