yes , correct !  not sure why a lot of these 440 blocks forsale 
dont include the vin ... even when they tell about it being a D or E  or.... series HP block etc

Wish there was a vin , my Charger is from Ca , early car A02 . Why does he say has smog pump ? Did I not know that Cali cars had smog pumps ?

NO smog pumps in Caliporna in the 80's but they had had alot of EPA restrictions on cars made in the 70's.
