Oh man, thats right in my backyard. I wish I had the funds to go negotiate on that one. If anyone needs me to look at it, I will gladly go look at it for you and take pics.

For those that were discussing oil pressure a while back,
We have a Superbird 440 engine with 47lbs of oil pressure at idle using a mechanical type guage.

Was questioning the original blue color as trunk pics look like it's been yellow for a loooong time.
But under brake booster the yellow paint melted away from likely years of brake fluid drips and blue is showing...

Anyone notice  on the engine picture that the underside of the hood still has the brace that is removed on a Superbird hood?

What makes you think something weird is going on?

Has anyone found out if the 440 is the original or correct for year?

That engine test stand is cool!
Although with a $2K price tag, I may try to build one. LINK (http://www.easy-run.net/p-7-extended-shop-series-66-stand.aspx)

There is a member here trying to buy it. So I offered to look at it for them, but was unsuccessful in getting in touch with the owner. The phone number had been disconnected and the guy wasn't responding to emails. Then it pops up on Ebay in a different city. Later I was set straight but its another example of a difficult seller.

You guys crack me up. If you would dial the right phone number, the number that is in the ad on craigslist or eBay, you can get ahold of me anytime during the day for the most part. Just make sure you dial the correct number haha. The reason why you could not email me is because I do not have a email address provided.  No funny business going on, if you have any questions that you think might be questionable about the color or anything else don't hesitate to ask and I will set you straight on them, but please give me a call because I type 12 words a minute with 17 mistakes haha.  I do not get on this site very often, a friend of mine called me and had mentioned that there was some funny comments that have been made. If you have any questions at all don't hesitate to get a hold of me, I'm pretty sure I will be able to answer any questions you might have, I have been the owner for the last 11 years and know just about all of the history of the car. You guys have a great evening.

Yes, agreed, thanks for coming on the board and clarifying.
With the recent craziness with the Daytona project, thought it was going down that road, I apologize.
