Rustfree body with all parts to finish, needing paint and re-assembly... :pity

$10,000 will get you a 'Charger' roller with extreme rust and probably no engine and transmission.
Unless its an R/T, I can't see much point in taking on a 'basket case'... :shruggy:
But for a C-500, now we are talking lol...
