The Charger that started it all for me is coming home soon.
My first Charger ,that I got when I was 15 ,owned it for 20 years in 2005. It's come get back home to me soon. Truly vintage will be picking it up next week.
Cool!
My first Charger got wrapped around a tree a few months after I sold it to an idiot. :o
Congrats! Got mine back in 09, and just got done with a total rebuild and back on the road a couple of weeks ago. My dad ordered it new in 68. Sure puts a smile on my face.

So was mine, fat, slow, juicy, not great body work,.....but at least no one was going to steal it and she wasn't adverse to a good fast thrashing once in a while! :smilielol:

That is a great feeling to be able to get that same vehicle back after all those years! I know exactly how you feel.
In 2014, I got my '68 Charger R/T 4 - speed back after 34 + years. I have been burning the candle at both ends completing a nut and bolt restoration. Hoping to have the QQ1 blue on by Thanksgiving.
BTW, your Charger is a sweet looking ride!
Awesome!!!!

Well the Charger was supposed to be picked up this week ,but the shipper I had who said he could do it flaked out. So now I'm looking for a shipper.
That sucks Brian, keep us posted .
The Charger that started it for me was a twin to this car AND the one I have now, it was 1967,I remember it well, was 5 years old & the next door neighbors pulled up in their driveway in a brand new JJ1 68 Charger Black vinyl top, & I said WOW LOOK AT THAT CAR!!! one day I am going to own one.
Intercity or Horseless Carriage

Wait another day to post pics, it's entertaining watching Mytur squirm.

Did it look this good the last time you had it ?
Was going to ask the same question! Bet it cost a bit more to buy back than you sold it for.
Good looking car, congrats!
Looks like the gold 68 Charger my Brother owned at one time. I should have never let him let this car go or I should have bought it off of him.

Only the taillight panel emblem left (and the tail stripe?) That will make a fine cruiser!
I am gonna make the a/c work again though. That system used to freeze the inside of the car.

While that might keep the bugs out it's also remarkably good at reducing air flow.
Congrats on getting your first car back. I still have mine, mostly because I cut it up to make a racer out of it.
Did a few things over the winter.
