I say rivets, screws will wallow out the metal they are in after time making them loose.

Replace the missed welded studs for the moulding clips due the body job

I'm not clear what is being sold there... rivets, tip, or welder itself... or which welder is used there
Yeah, that is just the "tip adapter". You'll need a stud welder....not a cheap way out.

Actually not expensive tool for somebody who works on the bussines. I don't think I have ever seen a body man locally working with that thought
( not saying nobody have it, but never have seen personally that )
