Maybe he has more pairs for sale and is it an archive picture that he uses? If you have a legitimate ups tracking number, he has sent you something.
This has happened to me and the guy just had 2 manifolds and used the same pic.
Seen people use the same picture for more of the same item. You have a tracking number so at least you can following the shipment.
99.7% feedback on almost 1800 sales, I doubt you're getting screwed.
I hope nothing happens, but if it does, I have a pair I'd let go.
As a buyer on eBay you are so protected, especially if you purchased the item using PayPal. If you don't receive the headlight bezels in a timely manner politely send a message to the seller and ask him/her what's up. If he/she does not cooperate then you can open a case thru eBay. Hopefully it does not go to that extent.
