Title: do you guys think this will be a HUGE problem???????

Im sure some of you have had to deal with before. what do you think.  Super huge problem??  Or not to much???

Nope.... run a stud and fuggetabootit.... common problem

We used to also grind a flat area on the Block there where the stud stick through..... and use a hardened washer just for 'some' retention with Locktite.... but not huge clampload req'd

challenger340  Thank you for your input. I heard it wasnt out of the ordinary to have that happen. I also though a nut and bolt with large washer would be ok. Im also thinking about getting a peice from another block and muggy welding it back on. r

Common issue....      I've seen them welded up before and re-drilled...
