Well... I finally got a cam (for free) so I decided to slap that in the 440.... just want to know what to expect...
Hydraulic flat tappet
Advertised Duration: 280/290
Duration @.050": 214/224
Gross Lift: .442/.465 (I will be going with 1.6 rocker arms)
LSA: 112
Install it straight up. It should act like a stock cam with a little bit of a boost.
smaller than a stock magnum cam good RV cam 1000-4500 powerband , you may have overpaid for it !!
I just tossed that same cam on the steel pile...

thanks.... keep in mind i was going for a smooth idle :'(
Oh yeah, it would be smooth as glass!!! Plenty of low end torque too. Starting about the time you let off the key.. :icon_smile_big:
ok.... well... worse case I will be swapping cams.... I have dealt with worse... have a new Edelbrock Performer RPM cam on my shelf... (too bad i didnt have it last week)
Heck, if you're going for it. Go for an Engle cam. They aren't much more money and they ship out fast. You will love the smooth idle and MUCH more performance.
