Title: Cleaning/Reinstalling 584 Wheel Covers on 68 Charger
Post by: BrokenHero on January 26, 2021, 01:36:57 AM
A shop did some work on my car and left my wheel covers in the trunk.

To put them back on, do you just press them on or is there more to it?

Also, if anyone has recs for cleaning product please let me know! I think they're stainless steel.

Thanks!
Ted

Lightly tap them on with a rubber mallet. Try some "semi chrome" polish to clean them.

Fine steel wool perhaps.  :scratchchin:
