This small harness comes down under the ash tray. Looks like should connect to the fuse box?

Those two plugs go onto the time delay relay on the air conditioning.
Will someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Fred,

I just found the time delay relay and the schematic in the FSM calling out the dark blue wire and the brown wire as the two I questioned. However, I see there is a vacuum actuated time delay relay and obviously an electrical one hence the wires. Any idea where the wires plug in?
