i got a rechromed rear bumper than has some surface scratches on it.....i cant feel them with my fingernail or anything....can the bumper be redipped to make these dissappear or do they have to start the process from scratch??? ::)
You'd have to start from scratch. Beginning prep is everything with plating work and all of that stuff has to filled in on the substrate before plating begins.
