They posted a picture looks like a hemi orange car with white daytona call out letters.Where they should be body color
And for years I thought I was the only person who looked in the backgrounds of TV shows for odd cars and such. I feel so much better knowing that other people do the same thing.
I have same sickness I noticed mopars growing up on Mannix brady Bunch Medical center adam 12 Mod Squad.Beverly Hb etc .And still look today in commericals and movies
I'm always looking for Mopars in TV shows or movies. Like in Dazed in Confused there is the black Superbird, when they go cruising through the restaurant parking lot. My wife says I"m weird, but it must be a Mopar fanatic thing.
I have seen that superbird from that movie. It was B5 car
I always search through the movie channels for any movies from the 60's and 70's just to check out the cars. My wife asks what I am watching and most the time I don't even know the name or what the movie is even about. ;)
This link lists the mopar in the movies from back then till now

Me too... Was watching one two nights ago that I would have turned off in 30 seconds if I was watching because of the plot. Since it was made in '69 I was glued to the set scanning for cars the whole time.
So did you spot any good cars in the movie?
I was watching something the other day on AMC, and in the back ground of the movie I spotted quite a few Dusters, and Challengers. Don't remember the movie name, or plot, but do remember seeing the Mopars.

No, only '68-9 Coronets & Belvederes, and none of those looked like HP models. Saw a few '69 GTO's, if those count.

scam, no dukes of hazzard was in there, how am I suppost to remember what kind of car they had?!?!?!? :icon_smile_big: :icon_smile_big:
I didn't see the 1974 movie Foxy Brown listed either. There is a nice looking red '73 or '74 Charger SE sunroof car that has an action scene where Pam Grier runs over a bad guy.
Good Eye Dave!
I try to keep up with the wing watch. That daytona has white 1/4 letters. My clone daytona from 78-80 .Had a white wing/stripe.And guy changed it to black .long before I came into the picture and got the car.And you see he covered the white letters up .And reshot the wing black.leaving me with white letters on a black wing.Strange thing is my car was never near California
in jackie brown it shows bridget fonda watchin her dad on t.v. in dmcl ramming the charger into the cop car which ends up in the river when they go across the bridge as i recall the lines were ''i think somebodys knocking on the door, well im gonna open it'' and ''i hope hes a good sailor''-MATT
