Wow decided to go further and my brackets are rusted into my front bumpers. Removed all bolts and she won't detach from the brackets, impressive what rust can do.
rust works in mysterious ways, i had a car where the chassis literally rusted in half, but most of the suspension bolts came of without even using any sort of lubricant :shruggy:
