Post by: xx29440charger on December 14, 2015, 11:35:51 PM
does the rubber seal in between the nosecone and the fender go completely around the nose cone and attaches to the valance as well? Please let me know Daytona owners
Thanks

It looks like the rubber doesn't go completely around

I've seen a lot of variations on original Daytonas over the years, looks like the majority have no seal between the lower valance and nosecone, while I have seen some with rubber seals pop riveted to the valance horizontal front edge, and some with foam strips sandwiched between the front valance horizontal edge and nosecone trailing edge, I generally supply 2 self adhesive foam strips for both sides of the lower valance lip in my Daytona fender seal kit
