70 was the first year for the bench setup, being the standard equipment on Chargers, but R/T and 500.

With the current information available . The above '70 Charger is a Base Model XH V8 with the C2T5 Tan bench seat with 557 built. XH /6 10 built.
C2B5 Blue V8 1,553 /6 39
C2F8 Green V8 2,329 /6 33
C2K4 V8 Burnt Orange 859 /6 17
C2XA V8 Charcoal / Black 2,914 /6 51
C2XW V8 White / Black 923 White / White /6 31
Total Bench Seats V8 9,135 Total Bench Seats /6 181 Total Bench seats built 9,316
Looks like Total XH V8 Built 9,163 Total XH /6 182 Total of XH Built 9,345

Mine is original with the buddy and like most wanted to change it to a console then reconsidered

I ditched the console on my 70, it's cool looking but just collects crap. The cost of replacing it all was saved by using a Winter's Sidewinder with extra long cable let me put the shifter next to me between the seats.
odd combination bet there was some unusual color combos went to the crusher way back when :scratchchin:

The two with buddy seats are autos on he column. The one with no console or buddy seat is a 4-speed.
