Title: Superbird A pillar molding
Post by: john686970 on September 10, 2019, 09:42:09 PM
I am build a fake 'Bird at work. I had pictures of how the A pillar wind deflectors mount on my camera that is currently missing. I have repop stainless deflectors. Mainly I want to know how the tabs on the glass side of the deflector mount. I seem to remember reading somewhere Creative Industries just pushed the tabs into the rubber seal and then used a sealer on the deflector to the glass. I am having trouble just getting them to sit on the pillar so they look like pics I have found on Google. I saw a restored 'Bird at the Mopar Nats that looked like it just had the glass side tabs sitting on top of the rubber windshield gasket. Just need some tips/help to get these mounted right. Pics would be great. Tym
