Don't worry about mark, he's doing ok
He couldn't have an employee drop a cheap battery in? Huh?
I love the car but Damn that's some real money on old nasty carpet, surface rust and "originality".
BTW, an auto car..
I swear it said there were 4 plus days to go this afternoon, now it says sold for $38,100.
It would seem that the "Mark" brand fetched an excellent premium. :scratchchin:

No offence to anyone that owns one....but that car is a difficult shape to find attractive imo. Just a bit plain Jane.
EDIT: My wife was reading as I wrote that and said "so are you"..nice....but probably correct!
I like the car except for the column shift automatic. Something about a column shift in an old muscle car just does not appeal to me and no offense to anyone who has one this way but an old muscle car with a 440 six pack would be way more fun if it had a floor shifter IMO. I know original is original but I have never had one that was unmolested and we always made it what we wanted it to be instead of what it was supposed to be. Still a pretty nice car either way......
The old saying holds true that some people have more money than they do sense.
Pretty deceptive advertising there...

And then in the description...
QuoteI bought it from a gentleman who bought it from the original owner

In comparison to it's earlier "shoebox/brick" styled siblings the 68-9 GTX/RR/Sat, the 70 model year RR/GTX/Sat is actually a more refined version styling wise, ....that GTX would be an excellent candidate for a Superbird conversion IMHO
I seriously need to do what people do when I put an ad up...
For sale an original owner 68 charger who I got it from the previous owner. NO rust anywhere on this car except back window area will need to be patched up car does run and drive, but I did not let the engine run lone enough. This would be a cheap car for daily driver once you pay 38k for it....and sell it for 4x as much at barret Jackson.
^ but if ya did that, then you and mark might as well have lunch together.
I can't stand the tail design of 70 Satties, Damn! , as mentioned, they look like a shoe box, however I like the front clip.

I'd be impressed if he can replicate the dirt and the dents. :D

Now it has a buy it now for $27,500 :shruggy:
27% price reduction, $10,600 off the Mark price.
Still no battery.
He has posts on facebook all the time saying are going to selling project cars/fixers etc.Just wondering if he is just going to be ebaying/internet selling the cars he is accumulating or going to literally have a lot to sell cars? Anybody know?
The rotted & cut off headers are a nice touch.
