Found 18 spline 4 speed for XX29L9B288078. Is the car around?
Are you sure it's not 238078? That VIN is known. Not sure of the status of the car itself.

I think it's 238078.
238078, the 4 speed transmission was for sale on craigslist in Seattle back in 2012. October of 2012 that is. I had tried to buy it at that time, it was advertised for $1,200 an the more I talked to the guy the more he went up on his asking price.
He sent a better photo and it is 238078 for sure. It's now in his car though. So who knows what he is doing with it.

$1500 is probably more in line with something as rare as this?
