After perusing the pics and description sounds like previous owner moved to SC, got some Petty love and had some engine work done. Car itself has condition issues IMO - you guys can peruse pics.
Quick summary of car as follows :
Mike Zachary car ( project) - after 'restored' current owner bought in 2000.
From my understanding it has a NOM matching 440 but VIN stamped at dealer, and original transmission that got reunited, reproduction fender tag ( despite what auction description states) , PS quarter panel and trunk pan replaced. The broadcast sheet was NOT with the car when I looked at it in 2011. I think it may have been held 'hostage' and current owner was able to obtain it over the years. There is no NASCAR CAR printed on bottom of sheet, but from my understanding not all had them printed on it.
