Title: Electric parts failure symptoms.
Post by: mx916 on April 21, 2017, 08:24:10 AM
I see alot of folks keep spare electrical components with them at all times.  What would be the symptoms of a bad Ignition module, Voltage regulator, ballast resistor?  Just want to know what to look for in case one fails.   74 Charger with a 360.  Thanks for the feedback.

Voltage reg either all lights get very bright because it is over charging ( and you can smell the battery smell sometimes) or everything gets dim and hard to start because battery is almost flat

The other two on your list the motor just stops when they do not work
