It's the same guy that had the two birds for sale a week or so ago. You never know what you'll find in Texas.
I would think a nose cone in that shape would wind up around the $10K mark. There are quite a few people who have large collections of aero parts stashed away. I know of a few. Many of them probably will never sell until they are almost dead. Most of them bought the parts years ago, and also have multiple aero cars.
