I bought a can of the Dark Metallic Green spray paint to match the body color.
Can I use this to paint the underside of the trunk pan after there are primed?
Or is this product used only for "touch ups"?

Touch ups only. It wont have the correct hardners in it to hold up for very long.

Finally after two years, and a whole lot of looking around to find that body shop that I feel will do the job right..... I dropped my baby off this morning........... to have the trunk pans cut and and a brand new set welded in! The price seems a liitle high $800 but the quality of the work shows on the other vehicles that have been in and out of the place.
