Hello All,
Really need some help. Went to replace the bulbs in my parking lamps and the driver side bulb is fused into the socket. I have read that the socket and housing are integral to the ground of the light, so really do not want to butcher the housing with a new socket. Any direction for new / repro housings would be greatly appreciated as $250 for a used one is a bit tough to swallow right now. I appreciate the help and hope everyone has a great weekend.

I don't think those are being reproduced. You might try Tony's parts.

Mopar Nut,
Thanks much for the resources. Tony had them listed on website, but none in stock when I called. Yes I know not reproduced. What is it about only lenses being reproduced and not the housings?? I know lenses get beat up quicker than the guts, but still, the insides will go bad at some point. Okay done whining. Again thanks for the directions. I appreciate your time and post

Mike at B/E-A has rebuilt these in the past, it would be worth asking.

Tim,
If you had any contact info to share, that would be fabulous. Not really sure what B/E-A is as I am new to the forum. I appreciate the reply and hope you have a great day.

Thanks for the info, I have reached out to them to see hat options that they might have for me. I appreciate your time and info.

If all else fails, remove/ cut out the old socket. Replace with a universal one and add a ground wire.
