Post by: Mike1268 on October 08, 2022, 08:07:05 PM
Can someone please help?  I've been to several decode sites but none see to answer them all.
Here's my tag.  Can it be decoded, please?

C16 C55 M21 M31 R11 END
R4 R4 C6X X9 063 063219
E63 D21 XP29 H9B 263051

Thank you!!

There's a typo for the SPD.

An SPD of 114 would be consistent with that VIN.

I have another post with pictures of the car on here.  It was my father in laws car which he bought new in 1969.  It's had one high-quality repaint in its original color, that it didn't need.  There was no rust on the car, but he wanted it shiny like the new cars.  He drove it for five years and then put it up for storage in 1974. It's got 53K original miles on it.  He, unfortunately, passed on July 12th.  I own the car now. It's a real time capsule and probably one of the best-preserved stock, unmodified chargers in the country.  Thanks for your reply.
