Title: What's the deal with firecore? No 250 wires anymore?
Post by: Nacho-RT74 on April 02, 2020, 05:29:38 AM
I actually can't recall if i asked this, but a friend of mine it was interested on a good spark plug wire set for his SB and I talked about firecores. IS NOT a race car, so 250 would be fine, ( aside he will use the stetreo/radio ).

But there is not 250 availables on their website!

they were 250 ohms per feet, isolated from RF... and cheaper. On those days 50 series were not isolated for RF and 8.5 mm. 250 were also 8 mm. I have 250 on my car and another 250 set for spare. I'd wish they were 7 mm but not available on those days at least.
