Going to install poly in my LCA. Herd this was not a good thing to do should install rubber ne one   have any advise or tips?

I like them, except for the squeak, squeak, squeak.  See if you can get the bushings that are impregnated with graphite lubricant

coat them well with the silicone grease included with the bushings

In my front, I used poly in anything that was compression, like sway bar bushings or strut rods and rubber in anything that rotated, like control arms bushings.  Mine doesn't squeak and it handles much better.  Sort of a compromise between handling and quiet.
