Looking for some help to trace the History of a Black Red Interior Daytona originally owned by James Lucy. I am the present owner (Dave Saruk) getting it shined up and looking forward to sharing with everyone at this years MCACN. Have fingers crossed that James is still enjoying his passions today, car came out of New Jersey, so if anyone can help with history and connecting with James would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Dave

Afternoon continue to hunt for history on my Black Daytona 400575, found the Original Certificate of Sale , so confirmed as previously know sold new to James E Lucy , I think may have tracked down his number and have left a message with the hope to hear back from him. Seen a list on this forum highlighting VIN for my car with what I assume is the dealer out of Syracuse R/O NY (Ken Gowey Dodge) and date of 8/28/69, what is that date? delivery to dealer? tag shows build date of June 2nd. have a purchase date of 10/7/69, then have a date of sale of 7/8/70 so not sure why large gap from purchase date to sale date? As Know the dealership was Ken Goewey, if anyone had some vintage photos or? from that dealership would be fun to see.
Thanks Dave

If you're on Facebook, try contacting the man himself. That might lead to a pot of gold.
