Title: PHOTO REQUEST - Clock
Post by: AKcharger on February 09, 2024, 11:30:05 AM
Guys I have a weird gap in with my clock, it showed up after I shipped it off to have a quartz clock conversion. I'm thinking there was a shield or something they left off?
Anyway request a photo of a clock NOT INSTALLED so I can see the surround area

I may be wrong about this, but it looks almost like you're missing the piece of metal that attaches to the lens that fills in the gap between the gauges and the lens.

Sorry for the delay, thanks so much guys, especially all the photos pan head!

Hmmm well mine is the same but still has that gap.

Pan agree I don't think it's the clock but some kind of shield. Do you have a photo of the dash bezel from the back with clock out??

Good day,

Here are the pictures of the lenses. One with the metal piece on the lens, and the other without.

 Hopefully this helps.

I was searching for a pic of the cluster assembly, but couldn't find one decent (and having hard times to websurf on the web due job). I also thought it should be the lack of the shield, because is not just the clock but all gauges showing some kind of gap.
