Hi,

Anyone knows if this kit will fix the sway problem on the steering wheel/power steering? I have a 68 charger.

1968 383 dodge charger / Santiago, Chile.

A quick way to tell would be to have someone watch while you turn the wheel and see how much the upper column can move before the coupler follows.  After this many years though b5 is right, it can't hurt.

if someone had the coupler apart, then I bet the little "shoes" inside are installed wrong

ODZKing

That is also available from Chrysler still for somewhat less.
Original # 3420153 superseeds to 04443436AC.
With 2 Mopars that use these, I keep one on the shelf.
I believe it was something like $13.

depends on what the problem is,,,if your original coupler is tight,,then changing it will yield nothing
