I'm about to order my TTI exhaust system and just wanted to know if the system is cheaper if i go through a dealer like i did with AMD!
Ordered lots of AMD parts from 69Hemibee and he got sheetmetal for me for a lot less $ then if i went through AMD itself!

Also does it come with the tail pipe or just the hanger?

Thanks,

I would hope its a little less through a dealer, it would be a poor business model if TTI were undercutting their dealer network.

Yes, the complete systems come with the tailpipes and the hangers. The exhaust tips however, are not included.

Sorry,meant to say exhaust tips!

Same price at TTI and Mancini as well :shruggy:
When printed out the ordering for from TTI they ask for a lot of things, like cylinder heads, ports, spark plugs, front end, with torsion bar or without,transmission,steering,flywheel...etc......
On the other hand Mancini only notes '68-'70 b body, nothing else!

I know i might as some ignorant questions sometimes but how the hell if they sell the exact same system one of them asks you everything about your engine and the other one nothing!$804 is a lot of money and i just wanna be sure!
Ordering it from TTI is a bit more complicated then from Mancini but can i go ahead and order my system from them?
Have non hp manifolds on my '66 non hp engine but plan on getting some HP manifolds!

Am i safe to order a 3" x system for a '68-70 b body?As you might now I'm shipping the car to Hungary and no way on hell I'm gonna get a system later on and get it shipped over here!

Thanks,
Peter

When I order my complete stainless steel exhaust with no tips, I had to order directly through TTi. If you are going with Aluminized (most dealers), you can order it with tail pipes that extent past the rear valance or with tips (more money). The tips from Accurate exhaust are better.

Good time to order stainless now, TTi only custom bends it once a year.

Ok thanks. On the order forum they didn't state if i want steinless or not  :flame:

Looks like i have to give them a call!

If you are going to use factory HP exhaust manifolds be aware that there are different clocking of the flanges depending on what year the manifolds are.
When I ordered a set up they wanted casting numbers.

Which tips are better, chrome or stainless steel?Got any pros and cons?
Obviously chrome cost more but does it matter if i chose stainless steel?

Thanks
