Hi! I would want some toughts about this http://viewitem.eim.ebay.se/ACCEL-KOOL-STREET-AIR-CLEANER--Kool-Alternative-to-KN/251149915697/item
Is it good, bad or ugly? does anyone have any pictures of it installed?

Must be an new item.  I've never seen one installed, but the Accel Kool Blue filters are like K&N as they are completely reuseable.  They just need to be cleaned every once ina while.  As far as asthetics of it, it does give sort of a scoop look to your engine.  For me personally, I'd stick with a round filter or an Air grabber type air cleaner.  If I was to use it, I'd have it pointed front to back, and probably reserve it for a blue car, or at least a blue engine. :Twocents: :2thumbs:

I tried to find different colour but it seems blue is only one. Its half the price compered to K&N'n 14" extreme filter-top.
I don't think ill bye one until i se one on a car that looks nice.

Haven't seen one in the USA with any vendor, I'm thinking it's only available overseas. I think it could look real good on many cars, but it would have to say Mopar on the side, not Accel. A Mopar decal, and different colors, and it would be a big seller.

I just did some googling, and found two forums that had threads on the filter. They both had posts that said Accel discontinued them in 2006. There's nothing at Accel's web site. So if correct, then the sale item is vintage inventory. You should probably buy that one on ebay, never to be seen again.

And keep it in the box for a couple of years only to relist it as vintage and make a killing?   Hey its just a thought.
