They are referred to as "homo slackass-erectus" created by natural genetic downward evolution through constant spineless posturing and spasmodic upper limb gestures,
which new research has shown to cause shorter legs and an inability to ambulate other than in an awkward shuffling gait.  The "drag-crotch" shape also seems to effect brain function. Expect no eye contact or intelligent verbal communication.  History shows that this species receives food stamps and full government care. Unfortunately most are highly fertile.

maybe this is common knowledge but i only recently found out that the practice of walking around with your pants somewhat lowered was used in prisons to signal other inmates that you were "available" for the evening.  i don't think that is something i would want to emulate.

 I was talking to some officers  they said they love to see that when they are running away with merchandise they stole. They cant steal too much with one hand, and they have a hell of a time running away.  They catch them everytime
