What Are These?

Can anyone identify what the two brackets are?  The vacuum cans I can figure out but the brackets have me baffled.

Those are part of the hidden headlight door assemblies for a 68-69 Charger.

Have a look at your service manual , these support those vacuum pods rod or bar that's attached to doors connects at the top of vacuum pods , try them in the bolted area , you will find they line up
