Road Runner Hot Rod

Does anyone know or have heard of the ultra-rare factory ex. 1969 Road Runner Hot Rod car? There were only two made and they came with hopped up a 383/4spd/Dana setup. I saw this in a restoration book, but it really doesn't give much info.

Any pics?  There was the 1969 Duster I show which was built from a 69 Road Runner but I'm pretty sure there is only one.  There was also a 70 RR show car that was heavily customized but again there is only one.
