Replace or rebuild sport mirrors?

I have some Dart Sport Mirrors that look really good but the passenger side manual adjustment is loose. So every time I close the passenger side door the mirror goes out of whack and I have to roll down the glass and reset it by hand or ask the passenger to.

You can buy replacement glass on eBay, is there a way to tighten it if I break the glass out and replace it? It's seems like there might might be some screws behind the glass? There is no adjustment underneath wear it bolts on... is it just wore out?
