I am restoring the center console, and it has a wood grain insert, where do you get the wood grain and how do you apply it. Also is there a way to make old faded plastic look new again?  :shruggy:

You didn't mention what year you are looking for. There are many places that carry the decals to replace your old one. Check out:

Just two of the many out there. I haven't bought one, but have bought gaskets from DMT, nice products.

As far as the faded plastic goes, dyeing it may be your only option. http://www.allpar.com/fix/holler/inside-secrets.html

I used PCG's woodgrain overlays on my console and they look great.

Here is the link to the console woodgrain thread.  You'll see what I used from Home Depot.  Tropical Walnut.
