Can I remove one head bolt and put it right back in?

The number 10 bolt in the torquing sequence (between cylinders 2 and 4) needs to come out so I can bolt the spark plug wire in that spot. I can't imagine it would hurt anything to remove just that one bolt and then torque it right back down but I figured I'd better ask here first.
