Looks like this bird found a new nest...sort of .

Can't seem to find which auction it was in recently, but do remember discussing it on here.
If remember correctly it bid around $160K

At original site before auction asking $275K

http://www.americanstreetmachines.com/xCars/PageId/11/Classic-Mopar-1970-Roadrunner-Superbird-for-sale/Id/63/1970-Roadrunner-Superbird/ProdId/476/LId/0,63/1970-Roadrunner-Superbird.html#2264170-PLY166250 010.jpg

At new dealer site asking $190K

http://www.fastlanecars.com/classic-cars/car-for-sale.aspx?ct=1970-Plymouth-Superbird-2-Door-Hardtop&c=52a59d05-3798-4b26-91c5-423636e150fb

Now I thought it was a date code correct motor, because I remember thinking $275K was a lot especially for a car with a non-matching motor, but I may be mistaken.
Regardless , beautiful car, but a bit high price IMO  :Twocents:

It was at the Mecum auction in Florida last January. It was bid up to 150k didnt meet the reserve. Then it was at, I think, Kansas City and bid to 160K and sold to the Fastlane guy.
