Since its been painted, (I don't see where it says it wasn't used?) whether or not its ever been bolted onto a car its no longer NOS.

I know the seller is claiming NOS but its not and shouldn't be represented as. I hate people trying to milk more money out of buyers claiming parts are NOS! :nutkick:
