Is that some kind of test stand and the steel lines come from someplace and return to the filter area so they can see if the oil is flowing as it should ?

Interesting that there is no oil filter on that completed & painted engine, and what would those two steel lines go to?

good spot    ,  that picture  was taken at a chrysler australia assmebly plant , as far as i know because of the right hand drive set up the oil filter is located to top of engine !  the site i got this picture from had quite a good number of pictures , been trying to find it ever since , i forgot to save a link ! was a on a 2am charger stuff search at the time  ,

That is weird....the diff looks like an acid trip and the crankshaft throws are blue?
