Well, I have only had my Daytona clone for about 5 years and I thought I would have it forever.  It looks like I may be at the end of the road with her very soon.  I took her up and drove up the river road about a two hour round trip, and I have to say I am definitely going to miss the attention.  I will have more info later but for now that is all I can say.

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

Hmm, don't know what to make of this but I hope you are going to tell us its being sold for a good reason.

Bob T

Hmm, sounds like a big decision to make 41Husk, good luck either way.

What's your likely timeframe? Might well be interested but would have to offload my R/T first.
Could you pm when you get a chance.
Thanks.

Don't encourage my wife. She already says I have a problem with these cars. She says I am worse than a drug addict.  :nana:

Not sure which one would be cheaper though in all honesty. But I'll stick with obsessions with cars.

Well, you setting me up with that question?  :icon_smile_big:   Who wouldn't be happy with a 426 Hemi Daytona? Granted, I haven't put her through her paces yet until I get the exhaust system finalized..

Indiana Troy, Are you sure there is no Daytona in your garage yet?  You may need to go back and look every once in a while.  I bet drugs would be much cheeper and easier to come by!  Texas troy, I'm still going to miss all the attention.  All the cars I have and currently have none draw a crowd like that Daytona.

Totally understand, since I bought a c500 last year I have been thinking about selling my 69 charger/c500 clone nascar project that I have not made any real progress on since I bought it in 2012., and the real c500 came into my life. And my 68 charger r/t The original owner would like to buy it back. Not sure what to do. Would be nice to have more room in the garage and more cash to fund the c500.

I wonder if it would be to hard to get used to saying "yes it is" :scratchchin:

Having walked in your shoes before ( at one time I had 4 pedigreed Chargers, of which only one ran ). I eventually traded from 4 to 2 and I'm happy now........... I would sacrifice one or two for the real C500 and enjoy it........  Believe me, we have one life to live and time DOES NOT stop...........
