1969 daytona values according to old cars price guide April 06

 #6 lowest $3'000 -#5 $9'000 - #4$15'000  #3$33'750  #2$52'500  #1 $75'000   Im not sure how they came up with these numbers for the current April 06 issue.From what Ive seen a read theres been cars sellling for alot more.They show 69 charger 500s starting as #6 $1'920 #5 $5'760 #4 9'600 #3 21'600 #2  33'600# 1 48'000

I quit taking "old car price guide" because they are so out of date. I watched the price of my 68 for 4 years and it never changed.

I wrote them and asked shy they wouldn't keep up. I never got a respose so I cancelled my subsciption.

Too bad, used to be a decent source of data.

               would be interesting give to all the potential  buyers at  the next barrett jackson auction  a copy of that book .

The only price guide out there with a prayer of being reasonably close to correct is the one published in Sports Car Market magazine.  SCM is THEEEE best collector car monthly out there if you are interested in values and trends.    Don't let the name fool you.  There is plenty of muscle coverage.     www.sportscarmarket.com

As far as Charger 500's go,   I'll bet the biggest problem is a lack of data regarding sold cars.

I will have to look up the 71 426 E bodys $$ stats.I have this old nade book from like 78-80 .You should see the prices in it .Wish you could actually buy them at those prices .Which isnt likely to happen.Sorry to say
